Official name: Veil
Jurisdiction: Joint protection and maintenance of Terya's Glamour and scientific barrier.
Current Holder: Ilyan Soreth
Joint protection and maintenance of Terya's Glamour and scientific barrier.
Joint arcane-scientific wardens, barrier engineers and monitoring posts (proposed).
The Veil cannot be reduced to an exclusively magical or technological institution. Foreign policy belongs to Externus; the defensive response can involve Aegis.
Ilyan needs Seraphine, Caelum and Thessa to cooperate even when their theories are incompatible.
A short-term barrier repair requires shutting down a vital transit corridor.
